Chicken Curry

           Hey there, we meet again. For today, i want to share with you guys all over the world about this famous dish in Asia culinary known as Chicken Curry. Actually this is my top 10 favorite food all the time. The spiciness but not to much really can makes you faint (lol kidding). But i bet this food is really good..Okey, let's get go doing it now...=)


Ingredient
1.Onion (2)
2.Shallot (8)
3.Garlic(8)
4.Ginger(1 inch)
5.Lemon Grass(2 stalk)
6. Red Chili (3,)
(for this 6 ingredient , you'll need to blend it)

7.Whole chicken or chicken breast ( Cut Cube)
8.4 sekawan
9.Potato ( about 4 cute into cube)
10.Curry leaves
11.Green Chili
12.Red chili
13. Coconut milk
14.Tamarid (half cup/adjust)
15.Chili Boh
16. Seasoning.
17. Oil


Let's Cook:
1. first of all you need to heat over about 2 1/2 cups of oil (curry really need lots of oil , but you can adjust depend on your test)
2. When the oil get hot enough, add inside the blend item and saute until it get well together (or you can see the blend item started to turned into brown)
3. After that add in chili boh (about 1/2 cup) and continue sauteing . Keep stirring to avoid it from getting burned at the bottom (stirring- not to frequent)
4. After about 10 minute add in the chicken ( don't add any water but if you want you can add just a little this is because the chicken itself produce water in the cooking process). Cook the chicken about 20 minutes.
5. Wait until the chicken cooked first then add in the cube potato along with the salt, about 2 cups of coconut milk and tamarind (1/4 cup) let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. At last when all the ingredient get cooked together cut wedges onion and put inside (if you don't want  it, just leave it)
7. Serve, as garnish you can saute the curry leaves and sprinkle over the curry..
