Actually not by myself but with my Chef tips and lots of help from him..The texture and the taste of creme brulee is actually almost the same like pudding , but creme brulee taste much more moist and dense than pudding. This dessert can be served in different kind of flavor like vanilla, green tea and others. But for this time I'll share with you guys the vanilla flavor. Hope you guys enjoy it.tqvm =)
for this recipe you will need: (4 portion)
1. 6 egg yolk
2. 6 tablespoon of white sugar
3.1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4. 2 1/2 Cups heavy cream

Let do this:
1.first of all you need to preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 C)
2.In a bowl , put the egg yolk , 6 tablespoon of sugar (adjust if you want it sweet than add some more) and1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (not to much otherwise it will be bitter). After that whisk the mixture until thick and creamy.(set aside)
3. pour heavy cream into a saucepan and stir over low heat until it almost come to a boil. Remove the heavy cream immediately.(leave it to cool but not too cool..warm should make it)
4. Now, double boiler the whisk mixture. Stir over simmering water until mixture lightly coats the back of spoon: approximately 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
5. After that mixed together the whisk mixture and the heavy cream gently (stir it till mixed well).
5. After that pour it into shallow heat-proof dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 min. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
6.You can also sprinkle brown sugar on the top of the creme brulee and caramelize the sugar.
